All products are handmade to order; products will ship within 5 – 7 days.

Between R50 and R100 depending on your choice of shipping method.
Do you offer local pickup if I’m nearby?
Yes, I am based in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?
Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?
5 – 7 days depending on how large the order is.

Are the erasable books marker safe for children to use?
While many whiteboard markers are labelled as “non-toxic,” it’s still advisable to use them with caution.
Care & Use
How should I care for my handmade notebook or activity book?
Can the erasable books be wiped and reused multiple times?
Yes, as long as you use a whiteboard marker.
